Expertise

Warwick is a senior associate in our corporate team.

He recently joined Hynes, having started his career in a national tier one law firm in Sydney and working in London for a number of years for a magic circle firm and a UK mid-tier firm.

Warwick’s primary area of expertise is corporate transactional work, having acted for public and private clients in Australia and the UK on a wide range of corporate deals. In addition to this, he has advised companies on general corporate and commercial matters, including restructures, joint ventures, supply agreements and sub-contract agreements.
