Expertise

Warwick is a partner in our corporate team.

He previously worked at a national tier one law firm in Sydney and then moved to London for a number of years and worked at both a magic circle firm and a UK mid-tier firm.

Warwick’s primary area of expertise is corporate transactional work, having acted for public and private clients in Australia and the UK on a wide range of corporate deals. In addition to this, he has advised companies on general corporate and commercial matters, including restructures, joint ventures and supply agreements.

• The off-market sale of shares in Norton Gold Fields Limited to Goldmax Asia Investments Limited for $25 million.
• Acting for Meridian Minerals Limited in relation to the agreement with Binani Zinc Limited for a $2 million share placement, $10m loan facility and off-take rights from its Lennard Shelf Project.
