Expertise

Warwick is a partner in our corporate team.

He previously worked at a national tier one law firm in Sydney and then moved to London for a number of years and worked at both a magic circle firm and a UK mid-tier firm.

Warwick’s primary area of expertise is corporate transactional work, having acted for public and private clients in Australia and the UK on a wide range of corporate deals. In addition to this, he has advised companies on general corporate and commercial matters, including restructures, joint ventures and supply agreements.
