Trent specialises entirely in community title property matters, particularly
management rights and retirement villages.

He has been involved in hundreds of management rights transactions and has been practicising for more than 11 years. Trent has also acted for several retirement
village operators, featuring both lease and licence tenure. Trent regularly presents seminars on his areas of specialisation throughout Australia and overseas.

• Bachelor of Laws, Queensland University of Technology
• Admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Courts of Queensland, New South Wales and England & Wales

• Advising on the structuring, management and registration of independent living unit and serviced apartment retirement villages.
• Acting for an unlisted management rights consortium which owns several complexes with an additional $9 million under contract.
• Acting on numerous high value retail and commercial property acquisitions and sales.
• Acting for several of the United Kingdom's largest pension funds and private equity houses in complex commercial property acquisitions.
