Peter heads our litigation team and has nearly 20 years of experience in litigious matters.

His extensive experience and expertise includes, commercial issues; intellectual property; bodies corporate; defamation; and building disputes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law, University of Melbourne
• Graduate Diploma of Finance and Investment, Securities Institute of Australia
• Admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Courts of Victoria and Queensland and the High Court of Australia

Recent projects

• Representing one of Australia's largest bodies corporate, and a number of others, in building defects disputes.
• Ongoing advice to four of Australia’s largest bodies corporate on various issues.
• Representing a council in a number of major disputes.
• Representing resident managers in defamation disputes with committee members and/or owners.
• Represented the resident manager at Surfers Palms North resulting in the landmark decision to dismiss the committee and appoint an administrator.
