Gayna is a senior associate in our community title team.

She specialises in property matters, including all types of leasing (commercial, retail and industrial) in Queensland and New South Wales and all other aspects of general property. During the course of her career, Gayna has practised for over ten years in
a national tier one law firm specialising in commercial property.

• Bachelor of Arts/Law, Macquarie University
• Admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Courts of New South Wales and Queensland and the High Court of Australia

Recent projects

• Preparation of lease and associated documentation for a number of major ‘off the plan’ developments and overseeing of projects on a day-to-day basis.
• Due diligence in respect of property related matters for company acquisition.
