Frank heads our community titles team.

Commencing practice in 1992, Frank’s focus has been purely on property law with a specialisation in strata matters including management rights, body corporate law and property development.

Frank is on the panel of ARAMA and is regularly asked to present to industry groups on issues relating to property law and in particular management rights.

Admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Courts of Queensland, New South Wales and England & Wales and the High Court of Australia

Recent projects

Upwards of 30 management rights transactions at any given time. These include a range of off-the-plan and completed projects as well as existing permanent, corporate let and holiday let complexes. Our team acts for several major unlisted industry groups that have portfolios of more than ten complexes each.
Acting in a number of development projects from exclusive Main Beach high-rises to walk-up complexes and flat land subdivisions of more than 400 lots.
Advising numerous bodies corporate on a range of issues from cabling for new information technology infrastructure to easement disputes and flooding issues (amongst other things).
