Our intellectual property and innovation team has assisted CRCs for over 12 years. They have worked with over 44 current and past CRCs to advise on every aspect of their operation from bids to establishment through the research, development and commercialisation phases and on to transition and winding up. 

Our understanding of the environment in which CRCs operate enables us to provide tailored services that anticipate and address the unique needs of CRCs.

Working closely with our corporate team we are able to assist with:

• bid preparation;
• structuring and establishing CRCs;
• corporate governance, company secretarial services, directors handbooks;
• funding agreements, project agreements, confidentiality agreements and MTAs;
• intellectual property ownership arrangements;
• intellectual property commercialisation and adoption strategies and transactions; and
• winding up and transition strategies and implementation.
