Hynes Lawyers are pleased to announce two senior appointments. Celestine Frost joins the litigation team as a senior associate and Sandy Lai joins the corporate team as an associate. Celestine was previously a senior associate at Mallesons and has significant experience in a wide range of commercial and corporate disputes, including complex litigation in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Federal Court of Australia.
Sandy commenced her legal career in her native Hong Kong and was a salaried partner when leaving Hong Kong for Australia. Before joining Hynes Lawyers, Sandy was a lawyer at Freehills acting for clients on various transactions including M&A, joint ventures and foreign investments. Sandy brings to the corporate group a wealth of knowledge in commercial and corporate law and business level Chinese language skills.
The two senior hires round out the teams, which include partners Warren Jiear heading the litigation team Warwick Walsh heading the corporate team, and delivers on Hynes Lawyers’ vision to provide clients with the highest quality legal talent available, deep industry knowledge and a tight focus in the firm's chosen industry sectors.
